Switzer Valves Engineering manufacture Half (Partial) and Full both types of Jacketed Check valve as per customer request. For Full Jacketed Check Valve flange dimensions are one size higher to get proper bolting gap at the time of flange to flange jointing. Steam and Hot Oil Jacketed Swing Type Check Valves (Non Return Valves) are used to stop back flow / pressure to the upstream side of the valve. Jacketed Check Valve design of is very simple. A hinged door is placed inside the Swing Check Valve body  wth the pressure coming upstream the door is held open; when pressure increases on the downstream side, it forces the door to valve close, stopping any back flow. 

Generally mostly in application pump discharge line side Jacketed Non Return Valve – Swing check valves being used and media mostly asphalt, bitumen, liquid coal tar, molten sulphur, sulfur, chemical, plasticisers, polymer, fertilizers plant, chocolate, soap. food and pharma industries. Jacketed Type Swing check valve is easy to use in vertical and horizontal both line. Piston Type Spring Loaded Lift check valve have have vertical and horizontal both type of design to suit as per line. Switzer Double Flanged End, Pressure Rating Class 150 and Class 300 Jacketed Type Check Valves are Swing Check type and the 800# class check valves are Piston Type Lift Check Valves.

Our manufacturing range of all Jacketed NRV – Non Return Valve, Swing check valves are self actuating type.

Switzer make Double Flanged End Swing Type Check Valves – Non Return Valve are Swing type disc and Bolted cover design Construction. The one piece disc body construction is securely fastened to the hinge by means of a lock nut & pin. The Disc is free to rotating type to avoid any other wear. The hinge pin offers excellent wear resistance properties.

Our factory have facility for supplying of all types of valves with any third party Inspection agency i.e. Bureau Veritas  / BV, TUV, DNV, SGS, IRS, PDIL, LLOYDS, TATA and others on request.
Our manufacturing range of all Jacketed Swing Type Non Return Valves have provision of one Inlet & one outlet connection for Steam or Hot Oil circulation. Jacket connection can be Threaded (BSP / NPT Female) or Flanged End as per customer choice. Jacketed Check Valve manufacturing design standard as per BS 1868, BS5352, Testing standard as per API 598, ISO 5208, BS 6755 – I, BS EN 12266 – I.
