Switzer Valves Engineering manufacturing of FJK80/81 Model Single Piece Design Regular Port / Reduce Bore Jacketed Ball Valves being used to maintain fluid temperature during an operation to keep fluids at a lower viscosity to operate the valve smooth & easy without any hard operation. Model FJK80/81 Jacketed Valve body design is modified by adding one size higher flanges to achieve proper tighten space of bolt and nut. As example: for Valve Size 4″ x 6″ (100mm x 150mm) Jacketed Valve has the nominal bore of 4″ (100MM) and the flange size is 6″(150MM), which allows enough sufficient space for bolting clearance after jacket fabricated (welded) on valve body. This types of jacketed ball valve called as a Full Jacketed Ball Valve with regular / reduce bore type. All full jacketed valves have reduce bore.

Model FJK80/81 pattern Full Jacketed Valves are available with various grades Jacket Material, Body Material & Seat Material to suit various industrial process media applications. As per our manufacturing process all full jacketed ball valve face to face distance we provide as per flange size face to face dimensions (ANSI B 16.10), because if valve have flange dimension are higher then bore size, so in future any time customer can fix without jacketed valves too for temporary purpose or at the the of maintenance.
