Half Jacketed Ball Valve also familiar known by the name of Partial Jacketed Ball Valves. This types of Valve have no need to go with one size higher flanges for bolting clearance as like Full Jacketed Ball Valve due to half jacket at back side flange sufficient gap is available. Half Jacketed Ball Valve also not a Full Bore Jacketed Valve in only DN40 (1-1/2″) and DN50 (2″) size full bore is possible, rest of all are reduce bore design. Half Jacketed Ball Valve also can be use with Therminol 55 / 66 / XP / VP1 / Hytherm 500 / 600 Hot Oil.

HJK90/91 Series Steam Jacketed Ball Valves are available with various body material (MOC) grades & seat to suit various pressure – temperature applications. Partial Jacketed Ball Valve is very easy to replace standard valves. All Partial – Half Jacketed Valve Flange To Flange Distances are as per ANSI B 16.10 International Standard.
