• PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

  PTFE Seats possess high chemical resistance and excellent sealing performance. The ball seats are used in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Bronze, Brass, Cast Iron, Alloy 20 and Duplex Steel Material Jacketed Ball Valves.
  Service Temperature : -100 to +200 Deg. C.
  Working Pressure : 150lb to 300 lb

• GFT (Glass Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene)

  This ball valve seat is made of PTFE reinforced with glass.
  The seat has high mechanical strength, wear resistance, improved hardness, lower thermal expansion, lower deformation under load.
  Service Temperature : -100 to +220 Deg. C.
  Working Pressure : 150lb to 600 lb

• CFT (Carbon Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene)

  This ball valve seat is made of PTFE reinforced with carbon.
  The seat has excellent wear properties against soft metals; high load carrying capability in high speed contact application.
  Service Temperature : -100 to +220 Deg. C.
  Working Pressure : 150lb to 600 lb

• PEEK (polyether-ether-ketone-resin)

  PEEK seats have high mechanical strength at a wide range of temperatures. It also has an excellent resistance to the most critical pressure.
  The seats also have excellent heat and chemical resistance.
  Service Temperature : -100 to +250 Deg. C.
  Working Pressure : 150lb to 2500 lb

• Devlon Seat
  

  DEVLON V-API  is modification of Nylon which is trade name of Devol.
  Devlon Seat have lower water absorption than Nylon, high hardness and high pressure.
  Service Temperature : -100 to +150 Deg. C.
  Working Pressure : 150lb to 1500 lb

• Metal Seat (Hard Faced Metal Seat)

  The surface of the stainless steel seats in hard faced by thermal spraying with nickel and chrome alloys for above 300 Deg. temperature service.
  The seat has high abrasion resistance so that it can handle fluids including foreign particles.
  Service Temperature : -200 to +350 Deg. C.
  Working Pressure : 150lb to 2500 lb

For Full Jacketed Check Valve flange dimensions are one size higher to get proper bolting gap at the time of flange to flange jointing. Steam and Hot Oil Jacketed Swing Type Check Valves (Non Return Valves) are used to stop back flow / pressure to the upstream side of the valve. Jacketed Check Valve design of is very simple. A hinged door is placed inside the Swing Check Valve body  wth the pressure coming upstream the door is held open; when pressure increases on the downstream side, it forces the door to valve close, stopping any back flow.

Switzer Valves Engineering manufacturing of FJK80/81 Model Single Piece Design Regular Port / Reduce Bore Jacketed Ball Valves being used to maintain fluid temperature during an operation to keep fluids at a lower viscosity to operate the valve smooth & easy without any hard operation. Model FJK80/81 Jacketed Valve body design is modified by adding one size higher flanges to achieve proper tighten space of bolt and nut. As example: for Valve Size 4″ x 6″ (100mm x 150mm) Jacketed Valve has the nominal bore of 4″ (100MM) and the flange size is 6″(150MM), which allows enough sufficient space for bolting clearance after jacket fabricated (welded) on valve body.
